Leslie Cotney, Ph.D., Facilitator, was an early adopter of Effective Prayer and attended the christening of the new Prayer Dome on October 21, 1979. She went on several prayer tours and participated in many UR Advances. Leslie has been a Friend of United Research (FOUR) for several decades. Leslie holds a doctorate in Family Work and retired in 2020. She and her husband, Chris, are dedicated to helping maintain and advance United Research for the next generation of Light Beings.

Daily prayers Monday through Thursday, 8 to 9  p.m. facilitated by Jackie Boyce

Jackie Boyce, Facilitator, was involved with the Light Center in the founding days, learning directly from Jim Goure, her spiritual mentor and teacher. She participated in the light prayer trips all over the world with Jim and Diana Goure, co-founders of the Light Center. Jackie says it is her joy to teach the Light Prayer to people, seeing them “light up” as they make that inner connection with the Light. During the Pandemic shut-down, Jackie began leading the Light Center’s evening prayer/meditation group on Zoom, which continues today.

Tully Moss is the author of a biography of the founder of United Research, Jim Goure, entitled, Fantastic!  The Life and Vision of James V. Goure. He has also compiled Mr. Goure’s teachings in two additional books, Leading a Life of Prayer and Jesus: Mission and Message. With this grounding in Mr. Goure’s teachings, Mr. Moss leads prayer-centered events using the techniques taught by Mr. Goure as well as techniques Mr. Moss has developed on his own.
