If I feel emotionally battered by events,
it is okay. I can give myself grace.
I can rest in Divinity.
I release any self-judgment to Light;
I stay mindful and treat myself kindly.
It is enough to say, “thank you, God.”
Thank you, God. Thank you for thee.
Thank you, for me. Thank you.
