Prayer for Effective Living, Tuesday, 3.21.23

Today, starting with myself, I extend Love.
Gently, I bathe myself in Love and Light.
Then, I extend myself and simply love everyone and everything.
I visualize every ONE of us in a bubble of Love and Light on all dimensions.
Only Love and Light can come to us.
Expanding further, I extend Love and Light to everything;
blanketing our world in Love.
Thank you, God, for your Loving Kindness.
