Prayer for Effective Living, Thursday, 9.4.25

As my body or soul calls me to it, I release my past and deep past to Light.
I permit a cleansing of blockages to Oneness.
Embracing the purging Light within, I release any suffering.
I allow Spirit within me to take command.
I rest in the healing Grace of All That Is.
I rest in Grace.
