Opening my heart, I gently advance my
understanding that I am a being of God.
I release all self-judgments.
I release all judgments of others.
I am a Light being.
I am a Love being.
I radiate Light and Love to everyone and everything.
I am centered in gratitude and filled with wonder
at this growing awareness of All That Is.
