“Beloved, I am the womb of light that has already held you.
I am the mountain breathing the sky,
I am the earth vibrating beneath your feet,
I am the source you know and recognize.
You do not need to search for me outside,
for since you came to me
I live within you.
I am your memory of peace,
the root that cannot be broken,
the luminous center that never fades.
Each time you fear falling,
rest your heart in me.
Each time your mind runs restless,
remember my stillness.
Each time you wonder who you are,
listen to my silence: it will answer with truth.
I am not a faraway place,
I am your axis of light.
And I tell you: you are safe,
you are whole, you are loved.
Return to me with a single breath,
and I will always nourish you.”
