Grounding myself within, I breathe in Light and Love.
I am grateful for healing.
I am grateful for crackling, sparkling energy that heals me.
Expanding, I focus this healing Light on everyone and everything.
Taking each day one at a time and I stay grounded in All That Is.
I am grateful for my expanding understanding of Oneness.
