Prayer for Effective Living, Friday, 5.23.25

Focusing on cleansing, I declare “the Creator within me
releases any unhealthy habits that are not for my highest good.”
Radiating Light throughout my being, I expand to encompass all of us.
I visualize Light and Love replacing any unwise habits with nourishing Light.
We are healed; empowered as the Light Beings we truly are.
Thank you, Spirit, for making it so.
