Prayer for Effective Living, Friday, 4.28.23

The Creator within me releases any unhealthy
habits that are not for my highest good.
I am a Light Being.
I radiate Light throughout my being.
Expanding to encompass all beings,
I visualize the Creator within each of us
filling us with Light and Love replacing
any unhealthy habits with nourishing Light.
We are healed; empowered as the Light Beings we truly are.
Thank you, God, for making it so.
