Prayer for Effective Living, Friday, 1.30.26

Today I give thanks for my amazing physical body.
A practical and beautiful apparatus for moving in physical space.
Reaching deep within, I visualize Divine Vitality flowing through my body.
I affirm my body is healthy and whole; I am a vibrant spiritual and physical being.
And so, it is. Amen.
