When the gong sings, the molecular level of being, listens. Every cell of the body resonates with the gongs frequencies. You can hear it and feel it, sensing more and more of your physical and etheric being. The obscure sounds leave your mind guessing and eventually surrenders to the sound waves as the body and mind begin to relax, ease into the vibrations and begin to feel and heal in a state of harmonic balance.
The vibrational frequencies have the amplitude to release, unblock and awaken stagnant energy. The experience is likened to a dream state. With resonating moments during a gong meditation the subconscious can experience heightened awareness of its own state of existence, where illumination and insights begin to flow.
