Ready to explore the depths of your personal energetic centers in a creative and meaningful way? Join Michelle at The Light Center for a unique 2-hour SoulCollage® Workshop focused on the Companions Suit.
Experience a Guided Chakra Meditation in The Light Chamber to help connect your energy centers with messages from animal companions. The frequency of each color will heighten relaxation of the body and mind in order to facilitate greater access to your own inner wisdom and vulnerabilities.
As part of this creative journey we will delve into the practice of SoulCollage®. You’ll learn the basic principles of this intuitive, card-making process, which uses images to represent different aspects of your personality and experiences.
Once you have a grasp of the fundamentals, you’ll have dedicated time to create your own personal SoulCollage® card. Using a variety of provided images, you’ll intuitively choose those that resonate with you and the energy of the chakras. Finally, we’ll end the workshop by offering the opportunity to share your card and its meaning with the group, deepening the connection to yourself and others.
No prior experience with meditation, art, or SoulCollage® is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore. All materials will be provided.

- Cost: $25.00 in advance/$30.00 at the door
- Includes: Guided chakra meditation, SoulCollage® basics, card-making time, supplies, and optional sharing.
