Biblical References for the Effective Prayer

Step one: I release all of my past, negatives, fears, human relationships, self-image, future, and human desires to the Light.

Biblical Passages:
Psalms 55:22 – Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall nourish thee.
I John 4:16 – And we know and have believed the love which God hath in us. God is love, and he that abideth in love abideth in God,  and God abideth in him.
I John 4:18 – There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear.

Step two: I am a Being of Light.

Biblical Passages:
I John 1:5 – This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.
Gen. 1:27 – So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Or…So God created humans to be like himself; he made men and women.

Step three: I radiate the Light from my Light Center throughout my being.

Biblical Passage:
Matt 6:22 – The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

Step four: I radiate the Light from my Light Center to everyone.

Biblical Passage:
Matt. 5:16 – Make your light shine, so that others will see the good that you do and will praise your Father in heaven.

Step five: I radiate the Light from my Light Center to everything.

Biblical Passage:
Matt. 5:14 – Ye are the light of the world.

Step six: I am in a bubble of Light and only the Light can come to me and only the Light can be here.

Biblical Passage:
Rom. 13:12b – Let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.

Step seven: Thank you, God, for everyone, for everything, and for me.

Biblical Passage:
Eph. 5:20 – Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything
