Turning within, I focus Love and Light on
all of us who may misuse or abuse any
substances or engage in unhealthy behaviors.
From the Creator within me, I visualize us all
releasing any unhealthy habits that are not for our highest good.
The Creator within each of us changes any unhealthy habits to Light.
The Loving Light of the Creator nourishes us all.
Whether we know it or not, we are Light Beings.
I visualize us all healed, empowered, and
enrichened as the Light Beings we truly are.
