I focus within and breathe, I center myself
and fill my body with Love and Light.
Each cell is Love and Light.
My body’s bacteria is Love and Light.
My body and my bacteria are working
in loving symbiosis.
All energy frequencies
within my body are Love and Light.
All cells, bacteria, and frequencies
are Love and Light.
I am a Light Being.
I radiate Love and Light to everyone.
I radiate Love and Light to everything.
