As I turn within, Spirit stirs and fills me
with Blessed Connection,
I breathe deeply and I release all negatives.
I release my fear of change to Light.
I release my fear of the future to Light.
I release my fear for my loved ones to Light.
I release my fear of loss to Light.
I release each fear and replace it with Light and Love.
I am a Light Being.
I co-create in Divine Connection and I am Divinely Guided.
I create Love and Light to replace everyone’s fears.
I expand myself to encompass the world
and fill everyone and everything with Love and Light.
