In meditation I center, then expand myself
enlarging my Light Body to encompass our planet.
With each inhalation I intensify and expand my Light,
with each exhalation I fill Earth with Light and Love.
I visualize Light filling, cleansing each molecule of air and water.
I visualize Light and Love filling each organism.
All is cleansed on our wonderful world.
All is Light and Love. All is well.
