Turning within I expand Light through my physical body.
Each cell of my body is Light. I am a being of Light.
Examining with my mind’s eye, I fill any aching area
with Light, breathing Love into the discomfort.
From deep within I declare I am a Light Being.
I am in a bubble of Light and only Light can be with me.
