As I sit with my prayerful focus
I notice
my slow breaths
in and out,
I expand Myself
out and up
and through all that is.
I know that I am
the physical manifestation of God.
I am a physical manifestation
of the Divine Presence.
Today, I do the Divine’s work
in thought, word and deed.
