Daily as I turn within,
I release the kernel of fear
that resides deep within me.
I feel it, Love it and release it.
I fill my center with Love and Light.
I breathe and feel Spirit’s abiding Presence.
I am One with Spirit.
I expand my Self into Spirit.
I am Spirit-directed as I expand into
my Higher Self, my Christed Self.
